Question RTX 3070 Ti with Asus Maximus VIII Hero not working

I have install on RTX 3070Ti on my old pc that have Asus Maximus VIII Hero motherboard but the card does not work display black screen but when unplug the card from power supply and use hdmi within motherboard works fine. Is this issue from motherboard configuration or power supply ?

Did you connect video cable to graphics card? Igpu is disabled with a discrete gpu installed.

That's the only reason for no display. If you did connected video cable to graphics card and no display then there's something wrong with it.

Yes, through HDMI and the card has no problem since i was using it in my main pc until upgrade it so i decide to use this card for old one
