Hi, I need help because I can't update the Bios, each time I try I get this message:
"Please back up your Bitlocker recovery key and suspend Bitlocker encryption in the operating system before updating your BIOS.
To avoid unpredictable situations, please load default settings before updating the BIOS.
The system will restart before updating the BIOS."
If I click YES, I get the option to use the update file, but the PC restarts almost immediately, if I click NO it just cancels everything and nothing happens. I had never activated Bitlocker, it was deactivated from the start, and I activated it briefly to save the recovery key on PDF before deactivating. It changed nothing, then I loaded default settings, and it still changed nothing, which pisses me off quite a bit because it was a built PC, modifications were made by the people that worked on it, but I didn't know of to save the settings, so I lost them for nothing.

What can I do to do that update?

Sorry, I forgot, so here's my system:

CPU: AMD 9950x3D
CPU cooler: Lian Li Hydroshift LCD S Black - 360 mm
Motherboard: Asus ROG CROSSHAIR X870E HERO
Ram: DDR5 G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo Black RGB - 96 Go (2 x 48 Go) 6000 MHz - CAS 28
SSD 1 (OS): Samsung 9100 Pro 2 To
SSD 2 : Samsung 9100 Pro 4 To
GPU1 (main): Aorus 5090 Xtreme Waterforce 32G
GPU 2 (Physx): Asus GeForce RTX 3050 DUAL O8G V2 (8 Go)
PSU: Seasonic Prime PX ATX 3 (2024) - 2200W, the PC is brand new so the PSU has been used for less than a month
Chassis: Corsair 9000D Airflow
OS: Windows 11 Pro
Monitor: Asus TUF VG259QM

I'm on the latest Windows 11Pro 24H2 and the current version of the bios is Version 1401 released on 25/05/06 and the one I'm trying to install is Version 1512 released on 2025/06/13.

If it changes anything for the Bitlocker problem, I use a local account.

I tried/am trying the method, I did the same thing as what was shown on the video, I waited for the BIOS LED to stop flashing then unplugged the USB drive before starting the PC, I got a screen saying the BIOS was updating but almost instantly the PC shut down and restarted, the update failed. I shut down the PC, then unplugged the mouse keyboard, flashed again, kept the USB in before starting the PC again. I have no video signal now, I waited and eventually plugged back the mouse and keyboard to check if something would be displayed if I clicked the mouse or pushed a button but still no signal. The keyboard's and mouse's LEDs are on, all fans are running, the brand is displayed on the LCD screen of the water cooling and the motherboard's thingy that displays numbers seems to show "b4". After more than 5 hours I managed to start the computer again, it failed though.
