Question GTX 1650 OC GPU Fan ramp up to full speed non-stop after the last driver update

Did anyone else have the same problem and ever solved it?
GPU fan ramps up once the driver is installed and only goes back to normal when the driver is uninstalled!
GPU-Z Reading (0 RPM) whilst the fan is at full speed.

I tried everything possible but failed.
• Changed the GPU slot.
• Changed the GPU power cable.
• Installed older driver's version.
• Installed Nvidia app.
• Uninstalled Nvidia app.
• Used an older version of Nvidia app.
• Tried MSI afterburner.
• Reinstalled Windows.
• Updated Bios.
• I contacted Nvidia and after an endless number of emails NFO files, log files, etc... that was their response
"Windows reinstallation rules out any software conflicts on Windows.
We can conclude that this is a hardware fault with the GPU. It would be best to contact the GPU manufacturer as soon as possible and inform the steps taken to isolate the issue so far - older and newer driver versions, BIOS and Windows update and reinstallation.
They may consider a repair / replacement if the GPU is still under their warranty"

But how come it's not a software issue when the fan only does that after the driver is installed???
They just don't reply anymore!

I am using Windows 11

Have you cleaned the GPU of dust?

Just put your specs here LOL. CPU, GPU, RAM, PSU, Case, all of it
Oh, i thought there is a sheet i can export!

• Cooler Master H500 ARGB Mid-Tower Case + ELITE 600 230V - V4 600W.
• MSI Pro B660-A DDR4 Motherboard LGA 1700.
• Intel Core i5-12400F Processor (4.40GHZ/18MB) 6 Core LGA 1700.
• 4 x 8GB DDR4 Ram - 3200.
• Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 D6 4GB GDDR6 OC.
• Samsung SSD 256GB.
• 2 x 2 TB HDD - Western Digital.

EDIT:
I decided to change the GPU slot one more time, so i switched it and powered the PC forgetting to connect the 6 pin power cable to the GPU, and to my surprise the fan was spinning as if it has full power!!
I thought I'd mention this info, maybe it means something.
My guess that this is not normal!!

Also, when i uninstall the GPU driver to pause this mad noise for a while, all of a sudden the screen blinks, and the fan goes nuts again, and then when i check back the device manager i find that the windows installed a very old driver's version on its own, and when i choose to update it, the windows say the best driver is already installed.

One more thing to mention, i did in the whole process, Nvidia support suggested that i start a clean boot which i did and also suggested that i download a cleanup tool, restart windows, and then install the GPU driver and "Perform clean install" which i also did but for no avail.

Apparently your not alone with this problem. I WAS gonna say it's power but after running a virtual benchmark TWICE it shows that your PSU holds above how much power your setup does. With that said a lot of other GigaBytes Cards have had similar events where it would run at full speed and usual vibrates indicating a faulty fan or something. You may wanna open your side panel and check if any of them are and to look for any software or profiles that may cause this too............................................

Can I ask why you do 4x8 instead of 2x16? It would work faster and be able to work at higher speeds if you did two sticks.

I know, its just they were only 2 x 8gb rams, a whilee forward i wanted to upgrade to 32GB and there was an offer on buying 2 x 8GB so i thought it's easier and cheaper, but now i regret it and i am trying to sell these 4 x 8GB and buy only 2 x 16GB

And i would like to thank you for your time and for trying to help!

some basic trouble shooting

after new driver, restart pc, still happens?

check bios settings

do you use after burner or any oc of fan software for your gpu?

check those

try a ddu, then new driver.

double check your power cable to gpu (sounds silly but just had to do this myself)

if these don't work there are more lmk

• After new driver, restart
• Bios Settings?! Explain more if you please.
• Typically, I don't use any 3rd party apps that mess with hardware, i only did download afterburner just to check its readings and that was before i install a fresh new Windows.
• I tried DDU and Nvidia cleanup tool, did a total wipe out, tried to install the driver using "Perform clean install" option, still, once the driver is installed and the GPU detects it by the screen blink it goes crazy before even a restart. While restarting it starts to calm down and goes back to normal but once the windows reach its login page, then the fan ramps up again, NON-STOP.
• NOT SILLY AT ALL xD i am desperate and i'd try anything and i already tried it i even tried another cable maybe the one connected was faulty, but all comes to no avail. 🙁
