Question Audio Skipping Every Few Seconds

Hi, I recently changed my motherboard, cpu, and ram to upgrade to a ddr5 setup. For some reason every time I start my pc for the first time each day, my audio skips every few seconds. I restart my pc, and doesn't happen again the rest of the day. I know a alot of people say update drivers or check compatibility but to be honest I have no idea which ones to update or check idk. Any thoughts?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

List of all connected peripherals.
