how can I fix this its very annoying

You've shown a video of one, what are the other titles that you see graphical issue with? Where are you sourcing the installers for said games?

its this psu model MWE Gold 850 - V2 Full Modular
gpu drivers is 25.5.1

when im using directX 12 then thats when having problems
same with gta V, RDR2 and some AC games I have valhalla. bought it from steam and in epic games and the AC from ubisoft directly and the avatar frontiers also
