Question RGB and ARGB are not working at all ?

Hello, Ive recently built a system that ive been having a lot of trouble with, specifically the storage and the led rgb

I have 7 argb controlled things that are linked to the main argb header, the fans are working fine; they are spinning and I can control the speed. the only thing thats not working is the argb and the rgb headers.

I have a MSI B550 A PRO
Ive updated the bios
Ive downloaded the software
Ive gotten an error everytime I open it that states "mainboard's LED firmware is abnormal. Please get into Support-Live update and click Advanced to scan and update MB LED FW" I have done that, its says everything is upto date.
Ive tried to download the update via google uploads everytime I try to updates it says "connect to device fail."

Please Help! I have been on this for 8 hours now,

how exactly did you connect the argb to the motherboard? any hub used? all power cables connected to the hub as well?
which argb fans did you installed? brand and model
did you install msi center with ambient link?
which BIOS version did you install?

uninstall msi center
shutdown system
disconnect the argb connectors from the motherboard
try updating led firmware again
