What does the "Code" key do?

Some custom keycap sets have a "Code" key, but those are (mostly) recreations of keycap sets from electronic typewriters, where the "CODE" key worked like both Alt and Function, with some combinations producing symbols and others producing actions.

I see that the keyboard has a toggle between Windows/Mac mode and a keycap puller, but I don't see that it has any Mac keycaps ...
(At least, I don't see any anywhere in the pictures)
 
Expensive? Have you looked at what most customizable keyboards cost? Where did you get that? Then you compared it to a $500 keyboard for battery life...admittedly one with a lot more bells and whistles but...in this market these keyboards are very reasonable.

I agree on the software but some of these points just seem odd to me.
