I see the only difference is the size and the transfer rate 3 Gb/s versus 6Gb/s The motherboard has a 6.0 Gb/s interface, so wouldn't a 6 Gb/s HDD be more optiomal? Why is the samsung a better option?

I have a raedeon graphics card already(5970 HD) I may upgrade later, for now, I am building a new PC with these parts, how does this look? It is a gaming PC, but will also be a work station for compiling chromium, etc (hence the 8 gigs of RAM) This is my first time building a PC. Any feedback...
